Die Polizei Trier warnt vor einer Zunahme sogenannter Sextortion-Fälle im Netz. Täter geben sich dabei online als junge Frauen aus, bringen Opfer zu intimen Aufnahmen und erpressen sie anschließend mit der Veröffentlichung. Die Polizei rät, keinesfalls zu zahlen, Beweise zu sichern und sofort Anzeige zu erstatten. Besonders Jugendliche sollen zudem früh mit Vertrauenspersonen über Online-Risiken sprechen.
