Die Preise für Wohnbaugrundstücke in innenstadtnahen Lagen sind in Trier in den vergangenen zwei Jahren um rund fünf Prozent gesunken. Das geht aus dem neuen Bodenrichtwertbericht zum Stichtag 1. Januar 2026 hervor. In einigen Stadtteilen wie Trier-West gab es dagegen leichte Wertzuwächse. Die höchsten Bodenwerte bleiben weiterhin in den innerstädtischen Geschäftslagen. Alle neuen Bodenrichtwerte sind ab sofort online im städtischen Geoportal abrufbar.
